Explain DTD elements and DTD attributes.

 DTD elements:
Elements are the main building blocks of XML document. Elements in a markup language are used to describe the content that it encloses.
            Based on the content of the element, elements are categorized in to 4 types as listed below:
a)    Child elements only
b)    Text only
c)     Empty
d)   Mixed


DTD Attributes:
a)    Attributes provide extra information about elements.
b)    Attributes are always placed inside the opening tag on the element
Attributes always come in name/value pairs.
